We’re able to work with external systems, using API integration, CSV files or database connection and can do the following:

  • eCommerce integration – posting to Sage Intacct, including sending over AR invoices.
  • Automatically sending in AR and AP invoices from an external system into Sage Intacct
  • Bringing in documents (i.e. PDF or other files) and adding them to specific invoices within Sage Intacct.
  • Recognizing complex revenue recognition schedules, based on rules.
  • Building in cost of goods sold recognition
  • Adding in new customers, ship to and bill to information
  • Finding items that have been marked as “paid” in the Sage Intacct system and sending them to external systems to keep things synchronized.
  • Building chargelines for AR and AP invoices, and associating them to the correct GL accounts.
  • Creating customized daily email reports that show AR and AP volume, Sage Intacct errors, and items that are missing from the system.
  • Creating an auditable system that is fault-tolerant and allows for detailed record keeping and auditing.
  • Handling currency conversion for AR and AP invoices

HOW WE WORK

Our team has extensive experience developing custom applications and integrations between systems. We’re based in Boulder, Colorado, and are a small team that is focused on automation and enhancing the customer experience.

  • Understand your needs. We will work with you to understand your Sage Intacct integration requirements
  • Data migration. We’ll help identify what data needs to be pushed to Sage Intacct, and where we are getting the data from.
  • Understand your data. We’ll help figure out where data from Sage Intacct needs to be sent (i.e. back to another application, so that things like AP or AR invoices that have been paid can be marked properly)
  • We’ll take care of errors. We’ll set up a fault-tolerant data warehouse that will handle the inbound, outbound and error handling for the Sage Intacct integration.
  • Create custom daily reports. We’ll work with you to create daily reports showing the number of AR and AP invoices, including in different currencies, and list errors and other information on this daily report..
  • Custom error reporting. We’ll work with you to create custom error reporting, so that if there’s an issue with a transaction (i.e. a missing customer or you’re trying to recognize revenue on a closed invoice), the system will alert you and allow you to fix it and re-queue it.
  • Flexible pricing. We work on an hourly basis, and are happy to review existing integrations as well.
