Wheels Manufacturing, Inc. is one of the worlds largest suppliers of high-quality bicycle derailleur hangers, small parts, repair parts, and specialty tools. Until recently, Wheels Manufacturing did no ecommerce and instead took all orders via phone. Customer Paradigm worked with Wheels Manufacturing to get their hundreds of products imported and configured, build a custom navigation, and train their team to manage and update their new system.
