    We need to make sure that we have access to your site, including FTP, SSH, control panel, database access and other access, in order for us to begin the project and fix your site.

    We run a quick code review file on your site (once we have access), and this tells us within moments what version of Magento you’re running, what core files have been modified, and what extensions are installed. This allows us to get a quick baseline of your system, so that we can attack the problem quickly.
