Simply mail-merge in the personalized URL into the <<URL>> field, and the recipient will be prompted to go to their personalized URL page.
Standard Home Page of Company’s Website. When a user visits the home page of a site, they will see
all of the products, services and upcoming events.
Personalized Page for Direct Mail Campaign. But when a user visit’s their personalized page via a pURL, it’s easy for you to customize the page so that is it customized to reinforce the branding and message of the direct mail campaign.
It’s also easy to pre-fill in the contact form fields with the user’s information. In the cases above, we customized the landing pages with a survey form (see example on left) and a purchasing form (example on the right)

The admin area of the pURL interface is a password-protected system that allows you to review the landing pages, upload and create personalized URLs, and view campaign statistics.
Setting up a landing page is easy. You can view your existing landing pages to modify or edit them, or add a new one.
Adding a new landing page starts with selecting a name for the landing page, and choosing a start and end date for the campaign.
You can choose to set up a landing page using the built-in content management system editor, or re-direct to a different webpage. If a person doesn’t type in their pURL correctly, you can redirect the person to a customized error page or redirect them to the home page of a website. After a campaign end date is reached, you can either display a customized message, or simply redirect them to a web page
To edit a landing page, you can use the built-in content management system’s HTML editor. If you’re an expert at HTML coding, you can paste in your own raw HTML code. For more novice users, it’s as easy as composing an email message with colors and a photo.
If you want to use the built-in contact me now form, you simply use a mail-merge code.
Using the integrated contact me now form is easy. Simply set up the success page when someone fills out the form:

It’s easy to personalize the landing page with mail-merge fields. These fields also work in the contact me now form success screen and confirmation email messages. To greet someone by first name, simply type $first into the landing page.
We’ve found that people are much more likely to fill out a short form on a website (i.e. first name, last name, email address, phone number and comments) than they are to pick up the phone and call?
Our proprietary research shows that from a psychological perspective, filling out a form is a lower-commitment, lower-involvement activity.
You can have a contact me now form placed on any landing page with one mail-merge code, and when someone fills it out, they will receive a personalized success page and HTML confirmation email message. You’ll receive an alert email, letting you know that someone wants to be contacted.
Need more information from people? Adding additional fields to the form is as easy as clicking on a button. Additional customization available upon request.
Uploading a list and appending personalized urls to your file is easy. Simply browse to find the file on your computer, select the type of delimiter, and our system takes it from there. You will need to have the field names placed on the first line in a specific format.
Then, all you need to do is download the list from the system, and the pURL will be appended automatically:
Searching for a user in the system is easy.
Simply search by part of their first name, last name or email address, and the system will find people matching your search terms:

The pURL system allows you to see statistics on all of the landing pages in the system. The reporting is real-time, so as soon as someone visits their personalized URL, the system is automatically updated.
You can drill-down to view the complete list of visitors by landing page. We record the pURL, first name, last name, visit date, IP address and browser settings of each visitor to the site.
Or you can easily export the results into an Excel spreadsheet.

We install the software on your web server (or we can host it on ours). We often will install it in a test area, so that you can review the changes prior to the new site going live.
Step 2: Create Initial Landing Page and Upload List:
We can create a landing page for you that is based on your creative requirements or existing website.
We can also upload a list for you and have the system append the personalized URLs to the list for the direct mail campaign.
Step 3: Training / Adding Content & Products:
Once the system is complete, you will receive a one hour telephone and web-based training session to learn how to update the landing page, add users, etc.
